Syloken's first full length album as a full band, LLBDF began in 2005 while John was living in Los Angeles. In January 2006 armed with a handful demo tracks John returned to Norman, OK to form a live band to play the metarial and started laying down tracks at Zanzibar Studios. Recording of the album went very slowly as the band focused on live performance. As the live bands sound developed the album took on new shapes and the end product is a 76 minute epic about the human struggle to maintain sanity in a world filled with emotion and God like string pulling puppetteers.
